The kind of badassery that has people talking about, praising your progress to your face, and then talking about you when you’re out of the room for how “difficult” you are to cook for, deal with, or be around, because you expose them.
Brace yourself for the jabs. Family members might hurl comments like, “Is our food not good enough for you?” or “What? Are you scared of it?”... the “it” being food that’s just not fit for human consumption that is. Food that’s filled with manufactured chemicals or preservatives that’s been stripped of any real nutritional value.
At bare minimum, it’ll give you a stomach ache, make you nauseous, or keep you from getting restful sleep, but in the long run… lifestyle related disease (cancer, diabetes, heart disease)
Remember, their resistance stems from their insecurities. Stand firm; you are the beacon of change they didn’t know they needed.
The truth is glaring—artificial, processed foods are more than inadequate; they actively sabotage your potential. They cause so much pain to adults and children alike. They’re destroying our metabolism, reproduction, and quality of life right before our eyes every single day, and those who can’t see it, remain willfully blind.
You can totally reinvent and repurpose your life by embracing the raw power of real, whole foods to reclaim your vitality.
This endeavor begins with you. Ignore the harmful noise of doubt and negativity, especially when it comes from those closest to you. Your transformation is a testament to what life can look like when you commit to yourself.
Don’t let those people hold you back from your greatness, because your willingness to change makes them uncomfortable and shines a light on their shortcomings. So many people are far too willing to sacrifice the very thing that allows them to protect, provide, and nurture their families in the name of “making money”... but what does it actually cost?
